MAGNATORESISTIVE RAM

Magnatoresistive RAM is defined as MRAM. MRAM is a method of storing bit data’s in magnetic charges not in electric charges. MRAM is an advanced technology of DRAM. It is used to store huge amount of data and access faster and use only less battery power. MRAM is used to prevent the data loss and it is used to start the computer immediately not to wait for the software to boot up. MRAM can be operating in any extreme temperature conditions; it is very suited for military and space applications.

It will replace all our computer memory like DRAM, hard disk, etc.. Different types of MRAM are available. MRAM is a solid state device and it has much greater speed and durability. An MRAM chip is made up of millions of pairs of tiny ferromagnetic plates called memory cells. The magnetoresistive device which is used in MRAM is very similar device which is used to read hard disk drives. When compare to the flash the MRAM have high write speed and unlimited endurance.
