How the Files are Copied, Moved and Deleted

Copying File:

The process of copying a file makes a virtual copy of the original files and places it in another place on your system. When you copy a file, the old file remains in its old location and end up with original and the copy files. When you select Organize->Copy, this file is placed in the Windows Clipboard, when you navigate to a new folder and select Organize-> Paste, the original copy file is moved from the Windows Clipboard into the new folder.

Moving a File:

Moving a file differs than copying file, that file itself is moved to a new location. After the move operation only one file remains. When you select Organize->Cut, the selected file is moved out of the original folder to the Windows Clipboard, when you navigate to a new folder and select Organize->Paste, the file is moved from the Windows Clipboard into the new folder.

Deleting a File:

When you delete a file from a folder, the files are not permanently deleted. All deleting files are temporarily stored in the Recycle Bin, when you select Organize-> Delete; the closed file is moved from its original folder into the Recycle Bin folder. When the Recycle Bin fills up, files are permanently deleted on a first come and first out basis.
