style="text-align: justify;">Smart quill is one type of pen which is used to remember the words that it is used to write and after that it will be converted into computer text. Smart quill was invented by Lyndsay Williams of Microsoft Research s Cambridge in UK lab. In a smart quill pen probably a small accelerometer will be used to identify the stops and starts, the curve and circle of handwriting are send out this accelerometer in order to a small microprocessor that would create sense of its copy. And also by slanting the pen we can prefer the request and scroll trough the records without using the scroll buttons.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">When compare to the ordinary pen this smart quill pen somewhat larger trough in a screen on the barrel. We can use the smart quill pen, first we need to train the pen which to be familiar with a particular handwriting style, even the handwriting is so untidy it is not a problem the only thing is if it is consistent the pen can able to know it. After that the pen is plugged into an inkwell that will send out the text to a PC or to a mobile phone to be sending as a mail.</p><div

It easily accesses a webmail account from any PC connected to the internet and signing with a username and password. Messages are not stored on the local computer.  The secret is email program such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail to download the messages and create a backup copy. This provider makes this relatively easy and to change their settings, while may need some software to encourage them to work with outlook express and window mail.<br
/> <strong>Step 1:</strong><br
/> First we will start with Google mail then Grabbing messages from a Google mail account is quite straight forward. POP stands for Post Office Protocol.<br
/> Browse -&gt; www.googlemail.com -&gt;log in<br
/> Select -&gt;settings -&gt;  forwarding and POP/IMAP-&gt;POP UP down load -&gt;Enable POP for all mail from the ‘when messages are accessed with copy dropdown’ menu select ‘keep Google mail copy in the Inbox’. Click save changes.<br
/> <strong>Step 2:</strong><br
/> Launch outlook express in windows XP or windows mail in windows vista, these programs are look slightly different but menu &amp; settings are same. Choose tools, accounts, add mail. Enter a display name, email address. Server can select POP3 from dropdown list, enter from incoming server name:  pop. Googlemail.com;<br
/> Outgoing server name:  smtp. Googlemail.com.<br
/> <strong>Step 3:</strong><br
/> Enter the full Google mail add &amp; account password. Tick the’ Remember password’ box and complete the wizard. Click properties &amp; select the Advanced tab. Tick the ‘This server requires a secure connection’ under Incoming mail. Tick the box under outgoing mail (smtp) port number is 465 and incoming mail port number displayed to 995. Click OK and CLOSE.<br
/> <strong>Step 4:</strong><br
/> To click send/receive to beginning downloading Gmail messages. Google mail account has a lot of mail stored and these are sent in batches. Leave the email applications to download all messages in reasonable time.<br
/> <strong>Step 5:</strong><br
/> Backing up messages stored in a Yahoomail account is a similar process.<br
/> Browse -&gt;www.yahoo.co.uk -&gt;log in -&gt;pop Access and forwarding<br
/> Select -&gt; ‘web &amp; pop Access’ under ‘when down loading new message, including spam guard thinks are spam’.   Click save button.<br
/> <strong> Step 6:</strong><br
/> Back in outlook express, set up a new mail account in gmail. Choose Tools, Accounts, Add, Mail &amp; Supply the display name, email address. Enter the incoming mail server as pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk and outgoing mail server is smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk. enter the username and password, select yahoo account and choose properties, secure connections and ensure the outgoing port is 465 and the incoming one is 995.<br
/> <strong>Step 7:</strong><br
/> It is possible to pick up windows live mail (or) hot mail message in outlook express. A program called free pops makes it possible to download hotmail message in the same way for Google and Yahoo mail. It can be <a
href="http://www.ambinova.com/" target="_blank">downloaded</a> from www.freepops.org. It automatically minimizes in the notification area and needs no further configuration.<br
/> <strong>Step 8:</strong><br
/> Open outlook express and select tools followed by mail. For the incoming server, choose pop3 and end ‘local host’ as the incoming server name. Use ‘local host’ for the outgoing server name. This username, provide the full hotmail address. Enter the password in correct space, select the account and choose properties, advanced. Change the port number for the incoming mail server 2000.<br
/> <strong>Step 9:</strong><br
/> Outlook express can now downloading messages from webmail providers. Back up of these messages and put them on a CD or DVD for safekeeping.  ‘Mai l store home program’ is down loaded by www.mailstore.com. Launch the program and choose import message. Select outlook express and click OK.<br
/> <strong>Step 10:</strong><br
/> Mail store examines the contents of outlook Express and copies all messages. Once mail store has imported the entire email message it is possible to back them up to a CD-R. Click burn Backup CD. Label each CD and store them in a safe place.</p><div

Writing emails can be a tiresome business, incase when the same common parts of text have to be entered time after time. Then frequently entered in many type of text in to emails- address, telephone number and closing text. For sometime email ‘signatures’ have long been used to close the emails with standard text. MS 2007 introduced a new feature is called Quick parts. It can be used to insert graphics into emails.<br
/> <strong>Step 1:</strong><br
/> Quick parts uses text and image brief extract, it referred to as building and it is possible to make as many of these as required. This stage, launching outlook 2007 and click the New button to create a new email message. We are just creating Building Blocks so the ‘To’ and subject field don’t need to be completed.<br
/> Click -&gt;main body of email -&gt;enter using accessible Quick parts -&gt;a regular sign-off.<br
/> <strong>Step 2:</strong><br
/> Now highlight the Text &amp; move to the Insert tab of the office ribbon.<br
/> Click-&gt;Quick parts in the text section<br
/> Select -&gt;Quick part Gallery from the menu. To fill the fields of create New Building Block displayed. To enter a meaningful name in the Name field. Quick part is selected from Gallery menu and use the category section to help organize any Building blocks that are created. It can prove useful, mainly this options menu can be used to indicate whether a building block inserted, added to a new page.<br

/> With this information entered click ok. Once a few Building Blocks have been created, and time to test. When writing an email, move to the insert tab and click the Quick parts button. It appears display a list of all the building blocks have been created, then preview make easier to identify. The Building blocks are displayed in alphabetical order and click an item and it will be automatically inserted.<br
/> <strong>Step 4:</strong><br
/> It is also possible to insert Building blocks and assuming snippets have been assigning to meaning full labels. You can simplify type of some letters of the label and they press F3 key. A single Building block that has a name starting with the latter ‘a’, it is possible to press &amp; followed by F3 to enter that text. Auto insertion feature will works depending on how Building block have been named.<br
/> <strong>Step 5:</strong><br
/> If Building blocks need to be edited (or) deleted, that can be achieved using the Quick parts menu. To Click the Quick parts button and right-click an entry that needs adjustments. Click the ‘organize’ and ‘delete’ menu option. In simple way from Building block list selected and displayed then click the ‘Delete’ button. If there any need to be changed click the Edit properties button then making changes.<br
/> <strong>Step 6:</strong><br
/> Building blocks can also be created and used in word 2007 in very much the same way. Produce word and click the office button followed by save as. To click the template folder enter a name and select word template from the ‘save as type’ menu before clicking OK. To select the template name from the ‘save in’ menu. Delete any message from the documents close it and save the changes.</p><div
