A blade server is a part of computer configuration, were the server framework somewhere to live like a multiple thin, modular electronic circuit boards, known as server blades. In this blade servers each blade act in its own right were it is frequently dedicated to a single application. Blades will provide the capacity to control the entire frame of servers starting from one blade and keep some spare blades for an emergency. It also helps in IT departments to direct the use of space efficiently for previously disordered data centers and server farms.
The main advantage of blade servers is higher density processing and they make things easier wiring, easier manageability and lower power expenditure. Blade servers are mainly used for some exact purpose like web hosting and cluster computing. But for ever computing trouble blade servers are not able to provide the answer. In blade server only limited storage capacity is available, in case the additional storage is provided by a chassis.
